        If I could choose less than 1 star, I would! I took my vehicle there after being recommended by Kendall for a windshield replacement. The service technician told me I had a heated windshield, and the parts department at Kendall said I did not. He told me he could tell it was a heated windshield and that I had a "button" inside my car to prove it, he was condescending and rude as he pressed the windshield de-froster button. I explained I had talked to the Parts department at Kendall and called them again from his lobby and was told AGAIN the glass was not heated, and only one part number for my window glass. I asked the tech to speak with the Parts Department to ensure I get the right glass installed and he REFUSED, stating that if I wanted glass with "SUBARU" printed on it, I could order from Kendall and they "would STILL send it to him, AND it will cost me more money". I advised him that just because I was a woman, didn't mean I was ignorant when it came to automotive issues, I refused service and left with my vehicle. Upon returning to Kendall, I went to the service department to have them look at my windshield. As it turns out, there is a "WIPER DE-ICER" in the glass, which is apparently a standard for the Subaru all weather package. I however, do not appreciate being talked down to, and therefore will not be returning to Badger Glass. Kendall made it right, by finding another company to fix my glass same day and providing a loaner vehicle.
