I brought a Seiko watch to get the crystal replaced! Had to wait longer than usual, but he knocked down the price.... Well worth it!

The owner is a weirdo but does offer the best prices for jewelry. Just be firm with your asking price and usually he will fold. Good luck and what ever you do don't give him jewelry to fix or clean he losses everything! Then freaks out and throws stuff around!
