Jeff Farnsworth - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife's car was hit by another driver who ran a light. My wife's car was her baby of 11 years. We could not figure out why our insurance carrier, NOT State Farm, wanted us to accept a total loss settlement from them. First, it was the other driver's fault.
