Great experience with staff. Excellent products. Alex was very helpful in assisting me in testing various styles and models of bikes. I ended up purchasing the Electra Townie Go e-bike and it fits my needs in every way. It has an intelligent electric motor-(Bosch Performance mid-drive) that measures my torque and candence and makes numerous adjustments which allows me to maintain a smooth cadence without the lurching of other brands, particularly rear hub e-bikes.

I am very happy that I have been able to discover this bike shop. First of all, the items are affordable but the quality is not sacrificed.

I had no idea what I was doing other than I knew I wanted a better bike than I had for longer distance – (more than my Townie 3 speed). I walked into Trek at Coconut Point and it has been nothing less than fabulous every time I have been in and out of that store. Justin set me up with the proper fit for a bike the first visit and he had Chris confirm it. At Justin’s suggestion, I rented a bike for several days to be certain I was comfortable with the totally different riding style. Gave me the confidence I needed before purchasing a new Trek Silque. On my rental return Guy set me up with a few more items I requested (helmet, gloves, etc) and answered every ridiculously basic questions I had to ask being novice. Chris made certain everything was in order with the bike and was adjusted to my body type. All while this was happening Gio was working on a trade-in value for the Townie - which was truly an added bonus to not to have to try to sell it myself. In the hours I spent in & out of this store over several days, I was so impressed with the entire staff. Customers were continually coming and going on every occasion and they were each welcomed and treated better than any store I stepped into in years. After watching their professionalism with clients and their work ethics, I would recommend this store to my dearest and best friends – or anyone else who asked for that matter. Since buying the bike, several friends have confirmed they had the same experiences with anyone they have come into contact with at this Trek Store location. Congratulations guys – for having such an outstanding reputation and thank you for all your help. I wouldn’t be as happy as I am today if you hadn’t cared enough to give me the guidance I desperately needed with so many details.
