Naturally, the furnace will break in the middle of the night with below freezing temperatures, two days before Christmas. Decided to try Modern since they are local and I’d rather support local businesses. So happy I did! They were able to arrive, diagnose, get parts and complete my service at a reasonable cost, especially considering it was emergent service, and within three hours my house was toasty warm again. My technician was polite and professional, explained everything, cleaned up after his work and left me with recommendations for future upkeep. No one likes paying for emergency service two days before Christmas, but all things considered, I have no complaints. Thank you Modern for your service! I would absolutely recommend this company.
