        Great Service

        Purchased a used Explorer last week. Was looking to purchase at Kelly Blue Book fair pricing and receive same for my trade. FF offered both of these with no hassle. Two days after purchase I found some flaws in one of the tires, showed it to the service manager, and without hesitation they offered to replace it at no cost. This is my first experience with FF and I found them to be very competitive in their pricing. The entire FF staff was extremely helpful and we are happy to bring them business.

        Really Bad

        The sales staff on the floor is fairly decent, but if you ever have to talk to the general "manager" Mike its a completely different ball game. Now knowing Mike that job title is hilarious because this guy is scary stupid. He has a serious attitude and the worst part is it's completely misguided. He flies off the handle at the drop of a hat and has no reservations about yelling at customers. I've been there twice and have gotten lambasted by this clown both times for no reason. He lacks even a shred of professionalism, skill or tact and should be avoided. As long as he is there I won't go within 100 yards of the place, which is a shame because their sales people are much better than he is and deserve better.
