have been there twice already. love the clean spa look as i enter the office. the receptionist has always been very polite and professional. they have fresh coffee while you wait. they have always taken me on time. what i love about this place is that they are not pushy and are not trying to sell you expensive packages like other places I've tried. prices are listed and you can choose what you want at super cheap prices. they have monthly promotions too. overall, really happy with this place.

i went a couple months ago...and i have to say everyone there was extremely friendly and very comforting! i plan on going back there again...only downfall is...is that i have apt tomorrow and i thought i scheduled it at the encino one but apparently its at the glendale one...but its because the lady i like is working in glendale....

i have mixed feelings about this place. for one it is SOOOO cheap, about the same price as waxing the same area, sometimes even cheaper than waxing. but, it is NO frills. you prep the area at home, zap zap zap, see ya later. yes it is effective, cheap OH YA, but that's it. i'm updating my review because it took about 6 times and I am hair free. so, it works!

This place is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The nurse who did my treatment was very good, friendly, knowlegable and didn't try to sell me on any other services. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment , thay ran exactly on time and the treatment was basically painless. And the price is amazing. This place is great , I have recommened it to a few friends and they have thanked me profusely. Can't beat it........ go without any hesitation.

This is the cheapest laser hair removal place ever. I have dark skin so i try to investigate the laser to make sure its safe for dark skin. After reading all the reviews on yelp from the Glendale office I decided to give it a shot. I had my 1st session today. I am so excited to be hairless for the price of a wax. I called on friday to see if there were any cancellations after 2 calls I was able to get an appointment on Saturday. The receptionist were nice and friendly. Literally, it was 10 mins to do my upper lip and under arms. The pain is tolerable. I would describe it as a hand held high pressure water hose zapping your skin. My boyfriend decided to get his neck done. His pain tolerance is a lot higher than mine. He didn't feel anything. I prepaid to get the 5th session free. Plenty of parking and its free. Please check this place out.

I had my first treatment for laser yesterday and the process was pretty fast. I was reluctant at first because I did not know how much of the pain I would be able to tolerate. For my underarms it took about 2-3 mins total and the pain was tolerable. FYI for first timers when they laser you, you'll also feel a cold burst of air which helps distract you from any discomfort you may have. If needed I know that they do provide numbing cream so you can ask the front desk when you check in. They just opened this location so everything is nice and new, the original one is in Glendale which I've heard gets pretty busy. For their grand opening they're having some specials until the end of April ($15 underarms, $35 full bikini, full arms $70, & full legs $150). You can also opt to pre-pay for 4 sessions and I believe you'll get your fifth session free. They do provide services for skin tag removal, facials, teeth whitening, acne treatments, body wraps and much more. Most importantly if yo

honestly, i don't know why people are complaining so much about the receptionists... they are fun, happy and have a positive attitude towards their customers. i didn't know people would want old butt receptionists to bore them... anyways this place is amazing, the laser is totally affordable, the monthly specials are great and most of the R.N's are good, Bridgette is my favorite she makes you feel very comfortable and calms you down if you're not so good with pain. the laser does work if you listen to what they ask of you to do and not to do. i highly recommend this place.

This place was absolutely amazing.. they're laser was VERY effective and the prices are significantly lower than anywhere else.
