Contacted Shanan after firing another painter. Shanan was able to rearrange his schedule in order to accommodate my circumstances. I truly appreciated him being able to do that,. I needed Shanan to paint the exterior of a home that had been started by another painter who did not prepare surfaces correctly and had managed to get overspray on every other surface in the area (roof shingles, stone work, concrete porch slabs, even the mulch and shrubs!) he completed the job in a professional and timely manner. Shanan communicated any issues to me and provided me with photos because I live 600 miles away. He essentially provided me with significant support regarding other issues with the house and scheduled other contractors to do repairs. Shanan's assistance with the many nonpainting issues I have had with my house was invaluable to me. I could not have gotten the house fixed to the point that I could sell it without Shanan's help. He is a quality painter, his prices are fair, and as I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for, I am extremely pleased with S. Lucas Paints.
