This can assist with removing the scents that draw animals back to the same spot (though this can’t be guaranteed). These treatments are priced per area (room). If necessary, the technician will request approval for these treatments upon the initial walk-through during your appointment. **Please note: Excessive pet urine may penetrate the carpet backing and absorb into the underlying carpet pad. Since carpet cleaning (even done professionally) does not penetrate the padding, we may recommend that the carpet pad be replaced in heavily affected areas.

Tile and Grout Cleaning
Tile flooring is beautiful and durable, but tiled floors are often installed in high traffic areas and standard over-the-counter cleaning solutions are no match for grout’s porous and absorbent surface. Cunningham’s specializes in the professional cleaning and sealing of tile and grout, to not only restore the flooring you once loved, but protect it from permanent damage and discoloration.
Vacuuming
Added benefits from treatment are the significant reduction of sunfading, static build-up and reduced dust in an indoor environment due to the improved efficiency of daily vacuuming.

Using the best dusting machine on the market, Cunningham’s is able to do much of the cleaning long before the rug enters the Turkish bath! Why does that matter? It means that not only is there less to clean out of your rug, but also that even less dirt enters the wash tub. and that means the water we use to clean your rug can be used to clean the next rug. It’s just one of the ways we’re able to honor our green commitment and the concept of REUSE!
Odor Removal

Deodorizing
Odors are caused by one or more volatilized chemical compounds that humans or other animals perceive by the sense of olfaction. True deodorization is performed by either removing or neutralizing the odor source, the contaminant that’s producing the volatilized chemical compounds, as opposed to masking the source of odor by applying a superficial deodorizing agent. Cunningham’s employs many different methods of true deodorization, from the basic professional-grade cleaning to hospital grade disinfection. Our specialists will determine the best treatment plan for each unique project, based on the contaminant, the affected area or item, and the desired result.
Stain Removal
While standard spot removal is included, heavy stains may require specialty removal treatments that are above and beyond our standard service. When able, the technician on-site will let you know of stains that will require this extra attention and ask questions to aid in the removal such as the age of the spot, the cause, and any previous cleaning attempts.
Steam Cleaning
Using a truck-mounted commercial-grade unit, 240-degree water and cleaning solution is jetted into the carpet under high pressure and then extracted with high pressure, thoroughly rinsing the carpet fibers. The steam created while cleaning has given this method the street name “steam cleaning”, though steam is just a by product of the hot water being used to clean.
Deep Cleaning
To get deep cleaning, only a rug wash removes all the dirt and dust from the entire rug. Combined with climate controlled air drying, washing is the method of choice for the cleaning of fine rugs.
Sweeping
Regular sweeping and mopping will remove surface particulates, but the most basic cleaning can involve the back-breaking task of manual scrubbing, with less-than outstanding results. Grout is porous and acts as a sponge, absorbing soils and spills into its surface. This sponging of contaminants can quickly discolor typically light grout, detracting from the good looks of once impeccable tile.
