Great costumer service skills. Worked till the job was done. Followed threw with every goal set, he worked till he got the deal. He's very determined to make sure the customer is happy and not just settling for the purchase. Would come back if the opportunity arises!

Very nice and accommodating as far as getting the car to me to look at for a test drive (I live out of state). Let me test drive it for 24 hours rather than 30 minutes or so like other car places. Was tough when it came to negotiation which turns out to be good for the company not so much the customer in the end. I have never bought a car before so I think if I had done it before I would have been able to get a better deal.
