        Terrible Service and Help

        Obtained a short health insurance plan following my 26th birthday. When I had problems getting supplemental, Silas could not be bothered because of his Morocco vacation. He also failed to tell me it would not cover me for the penalty (1095), so now I am getting penalized. I am new to healthcare, and this was a terrible first experience.
