Pilot Freight Service

I ordered Sharp 47inch TV when they cut down the price to $699. Seems like there was a lot of people ordering at the same time, I guess. At first I thought dell shipped it with UPS. The after reading all these reviews I called dell and they told me that, it was shipped through Pilot.



They are taking it forever. And they never update their website. its been 7-8 days. It still says, tendered to pilot and yesterday they changed to "Pre-called consignee or something



I will update when I get it.

It was a big couch for my dad. Whenever I called them, it shouldl be delivered tomorrow and that just goes on and on. They alwys said that, u can expect a call tomorrow and It just goes on n on.



Finally delivered, it took 3 weeks for delivery. For some normal people, it takes less than a week.
