        Overall

        Bad management. They offer 12 pressed items for $23.00, same day service. After 3 yrs. they have added to my service of 12 shirts an additional $10.00 and 2-3 day service. I have shirts that have pleats sewn in and do not need to be created or had pressed. Very aggressive when talking to her and bad customer service. The staff turn around explains management.

        After 3 years of using Master Cleaners, they increased my charge by $10.00, even though they still offer 12 shirts pressed for $23.00. Owner never identified herself and out of the blue stated that I had to pay the increase or they would not process. My shirts have sewn in pleats and she stated that was the issue. Plus, it would take 2-3 days more to press, when I could drop off at 7:30am and pick up at 6p.m. Payment was always made at drop off. Courtesy is not in their favor with management.
