        Overall

        The technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He cleaned my tile and grout as well as my carpet and couch and love seat. The price was very competitive. In fact this company was the least expensive one I called. I would highly recommend California Xtreme Steam. In fact, I plan on having their service every six months now. I am done shopping for a carpet cleaner. :)
