Aaron's Toccoa GA

Aaron's in Toccoa needs someone to come in and learn these ppl some manners!!! There's no one at all in this store in either mgnt or customer service worth a crap!!! The employees need to be replaced or re trained!!!!

I was buying a refrigerator that was costing me $180 a month. When it was delivered it was so damaged I almost changed my mind, they put dents, scratches and got red paint on it from the stairway railings.. This was a brand new one too. You know how they made it right ?? Knocked off one payment and sent somebody to "repaint" the damaged areas!!! Then when I got sick and couldn't pay anymore they " some nasty red head" named (gretta) would come to my house and harrass me, even after I asked her to kindly leave cause I was sick . She continued to beat on the door and windows for about an hour. No joke!!!

I had to restrain myself from saying some not so nice words to her. Then I was threatend to have the law called on me??? R u kidding!!! And (Cory) the stores fake manager, well put it this way. After I call the main store and report them, I really hope they don't have a job there anymore!! You don't treat ppl like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am very disapointed with the customer service that was given to my husband tonight he came in asking a simple question about the internet the girl had the nerve to say to another employee " i just love my job" me having years of customer service manager skills knows what that means if you dont like your job give it to someone who needs it we are customers there this was very rude and needs to be dealt with!
