Monro Muffler Brake & Service

My boyfriend and I have been customers for over a year and we recently brought our car in for an oil change. Some bozo forgot to put the cap back on our engine after he changed the oil causing it to spew out onto our engine causing a mess. The problem is they are so quick to tell you what you need done to your car so they can make money off of you but they don't finish the task at hand? And they also forgot to to put the date on our inspection sticker a few months back which again proves how lazy the workers are. The manager is a nice guy, but if he's in charge of the hiring he clearly has poor judgement skills.

While traveling out of town, I developed a thumping in my car. Having recently had work done at another Monro Muffler, I stopped to make sure it was safe to drive an hour home. At the first Monro I stopped at, the employee told me it would be an hour and a half before he could look at it, then wanted all my contact information. I could not wait that long, and went to find another Monro. The service I received at this Monro could not have been better. The workers were pleasant and helpful, and although they were busy, looked at my car right away. They explained what I needed to know, and what I should follow up with. I did not have my original receipt, but they looked at the car anyway and did not charge me a thing. I was very impressed with the service, and if I'd needed to have work done, I would have trusted them to do it.
