Hello...please disregard the comment from John b....which is below...the comment below is nothing more than a fake review by a disgruntal ex girl of mr. Lowery’s. I have submitted a request to have it removed. If you notice in the comment below the individual said Lowery has not paid taxes...yet we did the roof. I can assure that that is not a conversation that one of my crews would have with a homeowner. Second if you check you will find Betterway does indeed have a current roofing license...as well as being bonded and insured.
Third I personally would like to apologize to anyone researching our company that reads this and I hope in no way has any effect with your decision to go with our company as customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. As you might be aware when you write something that hurts a company’s reputation you can be charged with liable which Betterway siding and window fully intends to pursue as soon as the admin from yp relays the I.p address to us. Better Way was recommended to me by a coworker. I needed a new roof badly. This crew is by far the best I have ever seen! I couldn't be happier. Personable, prompt, and FAST! Dave even reattached my skylight cover that had fallen and that wasn't in the contract at all. I have a few more projects and you better believe I will be calling Better Way!!! Can't go wrong with these guys they're the absolute BEST!!

Horrible company! If you want anything done right and on a timely manner keep looking. Took them 7 months to put up a 20x30 shell. Lots mistakes and they won't even fix them. Have nothing good to say about the company.

General Manager Tod came out to the house.He was very courteus and called us back with the best price.We actually got more for less money.The crew was Steve,Bones,Jerry,and little Jerry.All were friendly,kept are yard cleaned up and was spotless when they left. Work effort and work was excellent.Could not have been better. Overall very plesant experience and would highly recommend this company ! Steve and Brenda Athens

Company keeps harassing me by calling my phone which is on the federal donotcall.gov list. I've asked several times that they stop calling, and they won't. If they won't respect your right to not be bothered, you think they give a hoot about the work they do on your home?
