***This is all in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and state lockdown***
I woke up one morning and realized my pet rabbit was having a medical emergency. I called, they told me I could come in in a few hours. I was there on time, appreciated their implemented procedures to deal with coronavirus, they were prompt with taking my bunny for an exam. I was quickly spoken to by the vet (Dr. Seager) about the situation (she came outside in the windy cold to speak with me as they weren't allowing people inside, I really appreciated that as opposed to calling) and was easy to communicate with. Very knowledgeable and seemed very caring. I was promptly given a quote and they operated on my bunny the same day. I picked her up later, given thorough instructions on how to care for her and needed supplies. I feel I was charged appropriately, perhaps even less than I expected. It is now a day later and my bunny is doing well! They just called to check up on my rabbit, too.
Pros: quick, knowledgeable, efficient, dedicated, kind
Cons: the building doesn't look very nice but don't let this scare you off!

Provided by SuperpagesThis vet is wonderful! The office is a little bit old and needs updates, but the staff is great. They treat your pet like their own. This is my dog's vet and I have had her spayed there and she stayed over night. I was nervous about my pup having surgery and I told the staff. They were kind enough to call me right after her surgery to update me on her status. I call ALL the time with questions and concerns and they take me seriously and work with me, When I was short on cash they even let me pay half of my bill up front and pay the other half a week later. They have a pet payment plan if you spend over $300 (which is easy to do if you need an emergent surgery). They are priced well - within the range of other local vets. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best care for their pet and who does not care that the office isn't brand new and stainless steel.
