Premier Car Wash & Lube

I received excellent service. The technicians were professional, efficient, very detail oriented and they were very personable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable it was easy to relax and wait for my car to be detailed. The bathroom was clean and very nicely furnished. When I inspected my car I found it to be professionally cleaned without any area being neglected. I will definitely use this service again!

My very first experience here today was nothing short of amazing. They provided great service, great atmosphere, and most importanly, they are all great people. I will recommend this car wash to all of my friends and family and I personally never want to get my car serviced anywhere else. From what I saw today they're all very hardworking and dedicated and will make sure to provide the best sevice they can. Thank you so much to all of you at Premier Express Car Wash!

I stopped by today while running errands. I have never been before. After my truck came out of the wash I noticed the attendant look into the backseat and then pull someone else over to look inside the truck. The attendant then pulled my truck to the back without speaking to me. I asked the counter clerk of there was an issue. She said no just probably needed to re vacuum. I became a little Leary of this. I headed to the back to find a different attendant spray my back seat with an air hose. No one has still spoken to me about any incident. It turns out as I went up to ask what was happening that my entire back seat and floor board were completely soaked! They told me they left the rear door ajar as they drovebit through the carwash. Apparently I was lucky as my door was not ripped off. I paid $22 for the Superwash so I asked for a refund as I do not live anywhere near this area. They refused to refund me and would only offer another carwash at a later date. I asked why I would ever come here again if they were so completely clueless with caring for my vehicle. I strongly suggest to drive past and do not give your hard earned money.

If I could give no stars I would. All they care about is getting their money and not the respect of the customers vehicle. They damaged the right front bumper of my car and I also watched their employees lay the towels on the ground then pick them back up and use them on people's cars. Check your vehicle very closely! This could happen to you!

I will not be taking my vehicle back here ever again. I paid $ 42.00 for a wash and for them to clean the inside of my vehicle and it was horrible. It will take me to long to write everything that was wrong,it seems none of the employees there care about nothing. Just a beware to everyone I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Recently had the oil changed in my 2006 Honda at Premier, and 300 miles later, the engine blows. Harold's Tire said there was no oil in the car. It is obvious to everyone but Premier that they did not replace the oil they took out, and now it appears they will not do the right thing by footing my repair bill for their mistake. DO NOT take your car to Premier Carwash and Lube. It will end up costing your more than you can afford.

If you want an oil change is a reasonable amount of time you do not want to come here. Two guys supposed to be working but seem to find everything to do but change oil. I pulled in and there were no other oil changes going and 35 minutes later it still is not done!

Wow, I can't believe these three terrible reviews. When I go to the car wash I go there to get my car or truck clean not to socialize or worry about the employees & what they're doing. I've never had anybody be rude or ignore me when it was time to pay. I used to drive all the way to Canopy car wash in Greenville but Premiere now does a much better job. I'm planning on getting up early Saturday morning to get our 2014 Silverado cleaned up.

Although on the outside everyone was hard at work on the inside i couldn't help but hear the owner discuss private matters and cursing his employees. This disturbed me. Also, I noticed another customer highly upset that one of the workers had broken something inside the car and as she left the employees laughed and mocked the woman without feeling any remorse. The man who I believe to own the place watched the entire thing happen without taking action. I don't think this business has been running very long and it shows! Won't be back.

Horrible customer service. As I sat waiting....forever..... the girl at the front desk sat on the phone having an entirely personal conversation while an elderly gentleman stood at the desk waiting to be helped. She saw him but COMPLETELY ignored him. It wasn't just horrible customer service, it was total disrespect to that poor man. When my car was done I had to interrupt her telephone conversation so she could ring me up. I told her while she was on the phone still that she was being rude and she sarcastically said to the person on the phone that there was a customer who was mad that she was on the phone and she had to go. I told her that she had been very rude to the man and she said "well, that was the owner and what am I suppose to do? Hang up?" I told her that I am sure he didn't realize that there were customers waiting while they gossiped on the phone. She continued to argue with me so i just paid and left. There were four other older people in the front waiting room at the time and all were flabbergasted and unsuccessfully looking for a manager. Apparently, the owners name is Marcus. If you read this Marcus. Fire the little girl you were talking too The morning of nov 26th because you lost at least five customers in a span of 15 minutes.

Great facility but on my last visit the "Internet cafe" was packed with employees! That area should be for customers! Right?
