        Outstanding service still matters at the Persian Carpet

        After moving to the area several years ago, when it came time to start decorating our new home, my husband and I were pleased to find The Persian Carpet. After having visited their store many times, I can confidently say that their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have the most amazing collection of rugs, it looks like a museum!

        What makes the store truly outstanding is its customer service. Increasingly, it seems as though good customer service has simply fallen out of the contemporary business model. When I receive excellent service, I feel compelled to share it. That is why I cannot recommend The Persian Carpet enough.
