        Poor Customer Service

        We placed a carry out order. The first IHOP employee started the order, talked to other people several times while taking the order, which caused several errors with the order, before she handed the phone over to another employee without explanation. The second employee did a better job with taking the order, but she hung up without verifying the order, giving a total, or a time when it would be ready. So upon picking up the order an entire dish was left off, which meant that while waiting for that dish, all the others were getting cold. What a complete mess! What utter chaos! And to thing all of this was part of us hanging out for my birthday! Never again!
