Dr. Melanie is originally from Highland, Utah. She started her career in the dental field as a dental hygienist, where she loved cultivating the patient/provider relationship and educating patients about oral health. She worked as a dental hygienist for three years, and then she decided to enroll in dental school. She attended University of Utah School of Dentistry and was honored to be inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. After graduating from dental school, she moved to Minneapolis to complete her orthodontic residency and received her orthodontic specialty certificate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She is thrilled to be up in the Northland enjoying and exploring all our outdoor activities. She enjoys downhill skiing and spending time with her son, Christian. We are so thrilled to have her on-board with Arrowhead Orthodontics!
