My wife had a bad experience a...

My wife had a bad experience asking for a quote from this company. The lady who took her call did not even let her explain her special case. We were expecting professionalism, or at least she should have let my wife explain her special situation since she has just gotten her DL and she had 15 years of driving experience from another country.

I would not recommend this company, just outright rude.

The more “things” we acquire, the greater the risk of losing it as a result of a covered loss, whether it be an at fault accident, someone slips and falls at on of your properties, etc. Your primary policy will cover you up to the liability limit listed on your policy. After that, you the insured are responsible for any monies owed beyond your coverage limit. This is where an Umbrella Policy comes into play protecting you against losing “everything”. Once your primary policy is exhausted, the Umbrella policy will kick in and pay the additional monies owed as a result of the loss – up to the limit listed on your Umbrella policy.

Beyond usual and customary coverage, you may want to consider additional coverage such Earthquake or Flood insurance, as these perils are not covered under a standard “Property Policy”.
