Only time deal with L'Abri was when moving out of complex they manage and their policy of only taken security deposit disputes by mail service (no calls/no emails/no fax) makes it the most drawn out process can imagine. Requested invoices on items they charged for and both invoices were generic one said 'cleaning apartment" another was Cleaning Windows" Apartment cleaning charge was $75 and three windows were $55. I disputed both they finally gave in and guessed it they credited back smaller one. The $75 was first said to be for carpet cleaning but lived in apartment for almost 8years and in lease states life of carpet 8yrs, was also told not to worry doing full remodel on apartment and they did replace carpet so, disputed charge still that was when they said "read invoice wrong not carpet cleaning but apartment cleaning and we no longer are going to talk or answer anymore letters, go ahead and take us to court will fight it" this is the customer service they gave us.
