Mr. Pope did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning my chimney. I was very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. He and his wife were very nice and I highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their chimney.

What a great customer service experience! Mr. Pope got out of the van with his top hat on and a big smile on his face. I liked him right away. His wife, Jackie, assisted him today and they are both great people. They were both neatly attired in The Chimney Sweep, LLC uniform, which makes a great first impression.



Mr. Pope was very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning, as well as being familiar with our fireplace insert model. Not only did he explain things during the process, but he also offered some great suggestions that we will implement.



The cleaning was very thorough and the equipment top notch. They were very considerate about keeping things clean before, during and after. No dust was flying in the air. My living room is actually cleaner now than it was before they got here...and smells wonderful, too.



We will definitely use The Chimney Sweep, LLC again, and are already on the books for a call next season. I can't imagine anyone else being any better at their profession or better at caring about their customers.



And to top it all off, Mr. Pope sang, "Chim Chim Cheree" when the job was complete. It was just an incredible experience.
