Don't call them. If you do they 1) won't answer, 2) the mailbox will be full, 3) answer, say they'll call you back and then don't, or 4) don't show up or call for to say they will not keep scheduled appointment.

Spent over $300 to repair my refrigerator and less than 3 months later, the same problem exist. After calling Mr. Bell, he says to unplug the refrigerator and wait thirty to forty-five minutes before plugging it back in. After several attempts to call Mr. Bell and report this troubleshooting practice was ineffective and did not correct the problem, he refused to answer his phone and has yet to return my call. Now, a new technician tells me I need the same "new" part...(Another $300)!

If Mr. Bell has a business license, it should be revoked! I feel as though I have been scammed.
