I had the pleasure of having Jerry of Tom and Jerry Contractors come to my home because my whole Heating and AC system had stopped working. I first was amazed that he was willing to come all the way out to Indian Head and his promptness is coming. Then I was dazzled by how personable and professional he was in greeting me and explaining in a comprehensive way what the problem was. As if that was not amazing enough, he then saved me a bunch of money by explaining to me that the provider was the one at fault and that they would most likely come out and fix it for free...he was RIGHT!!!! He could have easily charged me and fixed the problem. Fast, personable, professional and HONEST...I was amazed and I will always use Tom & Jerry Contractors and would recommend their amazing service to anyone as thier FIRST and ONLY choice.
