On behalf of my wife and myself...we want to say, what an absolute pleasure it was to have Colton in our home. We were treated with complete respect. We felt completely comfortable and appreciate his expertise for diagnosing the issue with our hvac system and installing the proper thermostat. His concern for safety was especially appreciated. He explained things in laymen terms but was never condescending when we didn't understand. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was Excellent. I have had problems with my air conditioning loosing freon for about 3 years and all the other companies that came out to look at my unit would just put more freon in it and leave costing me hundred's of dollars. Then I called Radich and their technician came out and the first thing he checked was the inside unit where he found a leak in the brass tube going from the outside unit to the inside. After thoroughly checking my unit out, he then wrote an estimate to show me and get my approval first. Then he completed the repairs and I have not had a problem since. I found them to be honest, hard working, prompt, and have alot of integrity. I would tell anyone to use Radich before waisting your money like I did on other businesses that could care less about you or your finances.

The service was prompt. The serviceman was knowledgeable. They answered the telephone almost immediately. The service call was a little steep but I think "you get what you pay for".
