        This is the worst place I have EVER BEEN for health care! I went there because it was right around the corner from my house & I was having a bad asthma attack. They did not speak she just asked was this my first time here & to fill out forms. Filled them out, came back up to the desk with papers drivers license & insurance in hand. Then a guy persist to ask me did I have a primary doctor, did I contact my insurance because I have to either call for permission from my Ins. Co before they can see me or be referred from my primarily doc. ALL while I'm gasping for breath I told him Nevermind I will try to get to a hospital because my inhaler is not doing the job As I'm walking out the door ticked & worst than when I came in, I hear them saying its not that serious, then they persist to calling me! Maam maam can you at least bring back our pen! I'm thing are you serious. I tossed the pen across the room & speed to Botsford. They IMMEDIATELY game me a treatment. Don't wast your time

        While I was seen fairly quickly, the staff was not very accommodating and pretty rude. There was at least one doctor and a few medical assistants and office staffers. When I asked if they could call in a prescription since their pharmacy was closed, they stopped their conversation for a moment to inform me that they do not call in prescriptions, then went back to talking. When I asked when they expected their pharmacy to open (it was 9:15 and it was supposed to have opened at 9), they stopped their conversation for a moment to say, "It's supposed to open at 9!" and again went back to chatting. I was one of two patients in the center at the time. Based on the high ratio of staff to patients, I feel like they have a lot of work to do in the customer care department - they ARE URGENT CARE meaning ALL of their patients are sick and cranky and can use some kindness!
