I read the reviews and thought I'd found something amazing. He did show up on time on the first day of my call. When arrived he didnt act friendly at all. Made me uncomfortable in my own home. On the second day that he came back it was not announced when he was coming after ignoring my text and email asking when he would be back, so I could ensure my dog was put up. Then he showed up and charged me more than what he quoted during the proposal and charged me again for the second day service call fee which should have (when I've used other contractors both personally and professionally) been covered under the first $75 service fee. I felt taken advantage of by the company. I feel like $125 was overcharged by the company.

I have called on Honest Repair Service AC & Heating twice now, and have always been very happy with both the work and the cost. Fausto is very knowledgeable about what he does and he is good about explaining the problem and the solution. I wish all the companies I do business with could be as honest and customer friendly as this one. I will always use this company for my AC & Heating needs.

Mr. Fausto Torres provided exception service! He came early, not late, and quoted me a great price to fix my attic A/C's broken fan within 5 minutes of being at my home. His price was 1/2 the price of other bids. He had the part with him, and didn't need to order it or go get it. He changed out the motor very quickly and was leaving my home in total after about 30 to 40 minutes. He used a tech gun to show me how the temperature dropped to around 52 coming out of a couple of vents. I was very pleased with his service and will call him again. The name of this business has the word HONEST in it, and they really are. This is the 2nd repair job I have asked them to do and they performed flawlessly and charged a reasonable price. I will not go into all the details, but Fausto could have charged me a lot of money for equipment I didn't really need that another company had recommended. Instead he was HONEST; made minor repairs expertly, and saved me a lot of money.

Honest repair come out to my home repaired my service, the very next day. Was On time very nice if you want good severe for a great price. Honest repair is the best.

This is third time, I've had to call Honest Repair to service my old a/c unit and each time it was a different problem. Fausto was available for same day service and he knew exactly how to fix and shared his expertise. I am very satisfied with his service and recommend him to anyone.

My a/c unit was not cooling and we were only at day 4 of the summer season with an infant in our home. I emailed Honest Repair in the evening and the following morning I received a call back from Mr. Torres. I was able to scheduled an appointment the same day. I called two different A/C company guys and they said there's a leaking. One said, just need fixing the leak and you're good to go, the other one said you need to buy a replicate unit but he never insisted to check my attic for more problems. My aunt from California called Fausto

The tenant were very happy to breathe fresh air now when the AC unit gotten replaced. Fausto never failed to impress us with his skills and effort. We called him up Friday to check it and he said it was a leaking and it be unfixable, so it best I needed a replace ASAP. I learned so much for one quote and I quickly felt comfortable that he knew what was wrong and what gotta be done. He came right then in the next morning at 7. They put up so much effort to finish everything all in one day then for me wait till Monday to get it done. I fed them delicious Asian foods and helps make their stay more easier in the heat to work and be done later the day. I even volunteer to help them if needed. Doing A/C is heavy work and they are strong and tactic to do this right. I definitely send him to all my neighbors that needed their AC replace and already my mom got his card. Call them up it won't be a waste. The money worth it to spend on them.

If you have never used Mr. Torres, Honest Repair Service AC and Heating, to repair your AC and Heating needs, you are missing out! The name of his business says it all..."Honest". Instead of telling me I will need a new compressor for my home unit, he showed me the wire that was burned out to the compressor. Most folks would have said you need a new compressor and charged an astronomical amount...trust I have seen it happened before, however he didn’t. He repaired the unit with a “kit” and it works well now! He did not try to force sale me a new unit but showed me what was wrong with my current unit, what’s needed to fix it and the cost of it. He also informed me that I will need to replace another part and I should do it within the next couple of months. I appreciate his kindness and honesty. Thank you Mr. Torress! I will refer you to others.

Back in August, Fausto came over and basically saved me from so much worry. He was not only so kind and FAIR but helped me understand the problem and handled my annoying 20 questions with such grace. After reading all the great reviews I called them to fix my ac today. He figured what the problem quickly. And fixed it. Got my ac working in 5 min. If you need an ac repairman don't hesitate and call them. Now I know who to call if I ever have any more ac problems.

I highly recommend these folks. They arrived exactly at the time promised and quickly went about getting our system fixed. After they left, we noticed that something was not quite right and called them. They quickly returned and corrected the problem without complaint and now everything is running perfectly. I am keeping their number on the refrigerator and they will be the first ones that I call the next time I have a problem.

Bummed out my ac unit stopped working today. So, I went down YP list looking for AC services. I came across Honest Repair because of its name and positive reviews. I am really glad YP put section for reviews. Fausto is quiet and all about taking care of business. He arrived on time, gave me a reasonable price and was done in about hour and half. I would recommend doing business with Fausto to family and friends .

This guy actually showed up when he said he would. (I know, I was shocked, too.) His prices were reasonable and he figured out our problem quickly and fixed it fast. We have finally found an honest and trustworthy HVAC guy. Fausto has my business for life!



Update: We had to call Fausto back about a new problem with our AC system. While he was up in our extremely hot attic, he installed a new drain pan for free. A different HVAC guy wanted to charge us over $300 for a new pan and installation. I didn't want to pay that so I bought one myself (around $20) and was going to figure out how to install it later. Fausto saw it up there and just replaced it for us because he was already there. My already good impression of him is now even better. Don't bother calling someone else. Do yourself and favor and call Fausto!
