        Sadly, John has not provided me a service. He is unresponsive to emails without numerous follow ups, does not file on time and in some cases not at all. He has failed to execute on 95% of the tasks he said he would complete. It is unfortunate that he has dropped the ball numerous times creating frustration and costing myself and my businesses time and money. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for months to no avail. Best of luck to him and his future. Hopefully all of his existing clients don't receive the same lack of service.
