Overall great experience until a friend called to get court information and Justin was extremely rude! Until before now we thought everyone were so helpful n professional but to hang On a person who is not from Denton but trying to get information from u is not great customer service at all! If he was busy he could've very politely asked her to hold! This is the same person that told her the bond had been posted by someone else and later called for the paperwork to be filled out and faxed back in. Again I say this company is awesome with the exception of this rude employee

My dearest husband went to jail for tickets. No crimes, no drugs etc. I called so many places for help. So many times I was asked to hold, call back later or was assured that someone would call me in the morning. I could understand that being the case in the event that he murdered a person or something. At anyrate, from the 1st call I made to Big Bubbas, they were so helpful, accomadating and professinal. I didn't get the names, but there was a young lady and young man that helped me today. When I spoke with the young lady, a weight lifted off my shoulders. I was NOT shopping for the "best price" I was looking for the BEST SERVICE. I found it, and everything was taken care of in a few short hours. AND.....after posting the bond, I recieved a refund of 245.00! A Million Stars is what this comany deserves for turning my husband arround in less than 24 hours and getting him back at work!
