Palm Beach Nail Salon

The first time I came here was three weeks ago and they insisted that I get a whole new set of nails when all I needed was a fill and I came back today to get a fill and the owner tried to convince me to get a whole new set again and I declined as all I needed was a fill, the nails are brand new. My nails are currently square, I change shape every time I get them done. I let them know that I would like them 'almond shape' this time... After spending 10 minutes explaining to him what almond shape is (TO THE OWNER...HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW???) and he informed me that it was going to be $10 just to change the shape. I'll be going back to the place where I have always went which is **EQUISITE NAILS** in Deerfield Beach and they are amazing and they have a clue what you're doing and are not just about to get your money. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!

Give this place a try! I am very please with the quality of service this nail salon provides. The nail techs have wonderful personalities, very funny! I sincerely appreciate their responsibleness and the way they conduct business. I have highly recommend this company to others because of my satisfaction with their service. The nexgen product there is amazing they have a large variety of colors and do an excellent job. My nails always look beautiful when I leave the shop and they last for weeks!

This place is unprofessional I had two incidents with this place I gave them a second chance and the disappointed once again. Please save your money and go somewhere else. The first incident they set me up with this young guy who obviously didn't want to work there (family must of force him to) he was very unprofessional, talking about doing coke. Seriously who does that? Second incident I had jay in the past so my nails which made me go back, now I called to try and set up an appointment with him the guy who answers the phone said he doesn't to pedicures, so I mention that he did my nails last time, then he put jay on the phone and jay ask who I was I told him you did my nails & you did a good job I would like to set an appt w/ you and then he said oh I don't do that you have to go to someone else & hung up. So obviously they don't need business so please go somewhere else because they don't want your money nor do they need the business

Go and get pampered! I've been coming here for a long time and continue to get the best service. I used to use the gel polish but have switched to the new product called NEXGEN. It is the best! It is light on my nails, there are alot of colors to choose from. It is powder based so the color is all the way through and best of all, they don't have to file my nails down and weaken them to use them. The staff is friendly and helpful and take their time to do it right the first time. They have a Mon, Tues, Wed. mani/pedi special if you pay cash. I even brought my entire wedding party and we had a great time. Try it once and I guarantee you will be coming back for more!

I had unfortunately used a local salon two weeks prior even despite my friend telling me how great PBNails was. Well, to put it mildly, it was the worst pink and white job I

had ever had. Last week I called Palm Beach Nails and was fortunate enough to get Jay as my technician. He had to do CONSIDERABLE repair to my nails in order to repair and reshape them. I was AMAZED by his talent, the quality and how beautiful my nails were when he was finished. .. he could have easily made me remove all of them or charged me for repairs, but he didn't, he transformed my nails into beautiful, perfectly shaped and exactly as thin as I requested. Everyone I met that day were so nice, the place is very clean and sterile and the pedi chairs are to die for!!!!!!! Jay has a faithful client for life. Anyone who submits a negative review is clearly a cheap, impossible to please person who doesn't deserve a salon like Palm Beach Nails.

I had Sara give me a new set of nails and she did the most beautiful job I have ever had! She is so careful and does such a gorgeous job also did I mention she's fast too. I was always late to my meeting because of the person doing my nails but this time it was so quick and perfect that I actually was at my meeting before anyone else for the first time in my life since I started getting my nails done. Thank you so much Sara. Anyone would fall in love with this place and you'll leave very impressed with a smile. I recommend this for everyone!!!!

I love this salon, everyone there is so nice to talk with especially Kevin, he is so funny. His hands are amazing and can make you fall asleep in the chair. This is my favorite salon now and I'll make sure I go every week!!! :)

Went here for the first time tonight with a friend. William and Kim were absolutely amazing! I will be back in a few weeks :-)

I have been to different nail salons, but, This one is THE BEST!!!! TRAVIS is very professional and is so sweet. He genuinely cares about his customers and their happiness. That's unheard of these days!! I have recommended this nail salon to all my friends and co- workers. As soon as you walk in it's like you are walking into Cheers! Everyone knows your name. :) I wouldn't go any place else, it's clean and you are treated like a queen!

I chose this salon because of the good reviews. One always wonders if it is just their friends trying to pump them up. Here was my experience. I made a 10 AM appointment over the internet via Centzy Concierge for a mani-pedi. They open at 10 AM and I was the first one there when I arrived at 9:58 AM. A few minutes later some of the nail techs and other customers arrived. The owner opened the door at 10:10 AM. Even though I was the first one there I was the last one served even after someone who thought she had an appointment but did not. I was then told that I did not have an appointment as they do not make appointments on line, but that they could do the mani-pedi. While I was sitting out front waitng for the place to open the conversation indicated that the owners name was Jason so I'm not sure if this is a recent change as so many of the reviews mention Tracey and Travis.



Once I got settled all was fine and I was favorable impressed with the establishment and Mai, the nail tech who did my mani-pedi. The place is clean and seems well organized once things get into swing. It is close by for me and I will return so I give it a good recommendation.



I do have some suggestions for Palm Beach Nail Salon. Open on time. That should go without saying. Even if you do not rely on internet for your business, many people use this as aresource. Make sure your information with online directories is correct. For example the listing for Palm Beach Nail Salon on YP indicates they take all major credit cards but they do not. and there was the Centzy Concierge thing so they should contact them and let them know they do not make appointments over the internet. All of the employees were Asian and were regularly speaking to one another in a native tongue. This can be off putting to customers. Behind the scenes fine, but in the middle of salon, in front of customers, stick to English.



To sum it up, the salon experience is very good. with a few improvements in the business aspects, it will be exceptional

My aunt took me here a few times and I think they are the best place to go to and now I won't go anywhere else, very friendly environment staff and clients and they do awesome work, I enjoy being there and I'm glad I found them. :)

I highly recommend getting your nails done here! I have a standing appointment every other week with J and he does a fabulous job.

Everyone here does an incredible job. I always leave happy with how my nails & toes come out. Great prices for a five star job.

I tried every salon in the West Palm Beach area and I met Tracey in Jupiter 4 years ago. I followed her to Delray Beach when she and Travis opened the shop. She is worth the drive. I am extremely picky and she does an amazing job. She stands by the work of herself and her employees. I read the negative review on this page. I find it very hard to believe based on my numerous visits to the shop. I HIGHLY recommend Palm Beach Nail Salon.

Awesome nail salon! Very clean and friendly! I was a walk-in for a pedicure and was very pleased with my visit Tina did my pedicure she was very good did not rush and was super sweet. I just moved to this area and was looking for a great place for my nails and I will b only using them!

If you want an amazing nail salon look no further! The professionalism of the staff is very refreshing as is the clean relaxing environment. Everyone is very nice and does a great job every time. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now...I won't go anywhere else. They are also very good about getting you in at times that are convenient for you even if it is last minute. They really spend time on making your nails look perfect every time. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that loves to have their nails done. (I get acrylics which look so natural that nobody can tell they are acrylics which is talent right there and I also enjoy pedicures).
