Magnolia Veterinary Clinic

After an aspiration biopsy, which was done at about 2:30pm on Tuesday, my kitty developed problems which led to her death about 9 hours later. I call the office in the evening looking for help. Since the office was closed, I was referred to an emergency clinic which could not be contacted. I got a repeated message saying, cannot go through please call back later. At which point I called the office back and left a frantic message then had to start looking for a 24hr E.R. while my baby was in distress. Two hours later Ms. Einstein was dead.

If Dr. Johnson does not have adequate follow up she should not be performing any invasive procedure.

It is now 1:15 pm the next day and I have not heard anything from the Magnolia Veterinary Clinic. No response to my frantic phone call or a follow up to see how my cat is doing after her procedure.

Of course I am sad about my loss but I am angry about the total disregard for the health of my cat.

After reading so many reviews about how great Dr. Johnson I had high hopes. Instead of a great visit that helped my dog, I walked out without seeing the Dr. One of the vet techs was so condescending and rude in regards to my special needs dog that I simply will not give them my patronage. We will return to Mizner Park Vet even though they are more expensive. The way Bruno is treated there is worth the expense. If you have a special needs pet this is NOT the offive for you.
