        Overall

        This contractor has very skillful, polite and very respectful employees. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because before installation was complete, a part broke on my brand new unit. I was promised a $500 frustration fee, but didn't get it, because they had rigged it to work. They did not have the part in stock and it was a three day weekend. When it came in they were very quick to replace it. About a month later, my husband noticed that the exhaust from the heater didn't seem to be connected. I called and again they were quick to reply when my husband was off work. Turned out that it wasn't connected, but they fixed it. Then a couple of days before our first cold snap, we turned on the heater....it didn't work. Again, they were quick to reply, but it took them a day to figure out what the problem was and day to fix it.

        4 STARS, because the employees that I encountered in my home were very professional. I felt safe with them in my home.
