Spencer and Mark were both very professional. Showed up on time for the estimate and answered all my questions about the work to be performed. I had maybe 2" of old cellulose insulation in my attic that was ineffective at keeping my house cool. By the time they were done installing R38 the AC unit had kicked off! Having these guys do my insulation was a great investment that will pay for itself in a few years, not to mention my home is a lot more comfortable now. Highly recommend them!

House was too hot on one side. Called Lotus and they came out quickly and told me there was barely any insulation in my attic.
