        had some chick steal my key to my brand new Nissan altima. only the dealer can do the fob NOT TRUE. not only did they program the new fob. they deprogrammed the old one. so i didn't have to worry about the chick stealing my car. josh was awesome everything was straight up and to the point.

        I just had a superb customer service and professional work experience from this entity; way beyond my expectation. Had a car lock ignition issue so a friend of a friend gave a recommendation. The lady I spoke with sounds gentle and pleasant. Josh (the service guy I was told to ask for) was straight forward on the problem, cost and time estimate. He was prompt, professional and very personable throughout (I was a bit nosy :) but he wasn't bothered by my presence). He explained each steps and even the problem, which reflected his integrity (I was already 90% familiar with the issue and possible solution). Without the company's van, neighbors could have thought Josh is my friend. One could tell he is passionate about his work.

        Keep up the great work Josh.... and everyone at Kittles Key Shop :)
