Work with this business at your own risk. While the owner has a great rapport with clients, he is very bad at getting back to you on timely issues and his phone is always full, so it's hard to leave a message. If that were not enough his office manager is not a pleseant person who demeans sub-contractors and clients. She has no customer skills and will not be responsive to your needs, often making you feel like you work for them. I would not recommend or use this builder if interested look elsewhere.
