Coastal Chimney Sweeps

NEVER AGAIN...the cost of a chimney inspection was quoted at $95 over the phone but after the inspection was completed (with no cleaning or additional work performed) they increased the price over 31% to $125 and stated it was because my house is not in Daphne even though I have a Daphne address. I asked what should I have done or said differently (besides providing them with my address over the phone when the appointment was scheduled) so they could have informed me of the additional charge before service was rendered. They stated that they did not look my address up on a map so they did not know until they arrived, but needed to charge more because they had to drive further. I live less than 5 miles from the corner of HWY 181 and Co Rd 64 and was changed $30 extra for a 5 a minute drive. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...I don't think so!!

prompt, efficient, courteous.Our appointment was for 7:30. Mr. Lovell arrived at 7: 20, and had thoroughly cleaned and checked our fireplace and chimney by 8:00. His price is reasonable, and for extra measure he gave us an informative brochure on fire place safety. se
