CRS Appliance

They came out to diagnose issue w/dryer.tech said it needed a motor & timer. 2nd visit tech was only sent w/ a timer so it still didn't work. 3rd visit they sent motor & timer & tech said it was the wrong motor so it didn't work. Jonathan, service manager asked me if I just wanted a refurbish dryer & I said that is up to the company that I rent from & he said it would be ok so they were going to give me a refurbished dryer. An hour later another service calls me back to schedule service for motor install and he said the motor was missing the harness and that's why it didn't work..so 4th tech calls to come out and I tell him I will be home at approx. 1:30..he arrives and I am not home. I called him ay 1:45 and he tells me I have to wait another day. I called Jonathan for update. Jonathan said would call me back..i called him back..he said driver was at my home again..i sd I am 5 min. away as they never told me he was coming back. Driver left again. I called Jonathan & he hung up on me.
