Tammy was our sales person she was excellent. She Assisted us in picking the tile for our kitchen floor, bathrooms floor, fireplace and back splash in the kitchen. She let us bring samples home of tile and carpet so we could see what it looked like. We only put carpet down stairs and on the stairs so we were able to match it very close. Cirilo and his crew did a excellent job installing all the tile. Steve was our installer for the Carpet and it turned out excellent as well.

We cannot say enough great things about All Floors & More in Cypress. Tonya was so helpful and patient during our wood laminate selection process. We had shopped several places before visiting AF&M, and ultimately bought here. Their prices turned out to be better than the larger, advertised retail stores, and the customer service was personal and a truly pleasant experience. The installation was on time, efficient, and done expertly, thanks to Shane and his crew. We will be returning to AF&M in Cypress for our upstairs carpeting needs, and also for kitchen countertops and backsplash for a kitchen remodel. We truly recommend All Floors & More for a competitive, professional, and personal home improvement experience.

Wonderful company. The owner and his staff enjoy what they do, and it shows. We had our entire home re-carpeted, the owner came out to measure with a laser...in and out within 10 minutes. We confirmed the carpet and the job was completed about a week later. Our carpet was special order, it took a few days to show up.

When we decide to do this again, we will call All Floors & More.

Lousy customer service!! Had tile installed in living room one tile was installed broken. Tile guys tried to cover it up.. Still waiting on them to repair after several calls. Should have canceled when the tile didn't come in and they missed the first install date.

Instead carpet tile and laminate in house at three different occasions. Work performed professionally every time

just had wood installed with this company, I did my downstairs and stairs the installers were awesome and did excellent work! The sales lady Tonya was such a delight to work with, a stress free project thanks to them! Will be using this company again. Thanks AF&M

I recently had All Floors and More in cypress install 2000sf of wood , 900sf carpet, 500sf tile. it turned out great, After my neighbors kept telling me to use them I finally decided to and it was a great decision! great installers, great PRICES, GREAT service! I installed the SHAW wood and the sales person was very helpful! GREAT JOB GUYS

My parents contacted all floors & More in Cypress to get hardwood floors put down in a new house. We had a pretty big order, we wanted wood floors in the entire house excluding the bathrooms and kitchen. For such a big job they finished it in a decent time, about 3 1/2 days. The floors itself look great, there were only about 2 problems, one: the corner being chipped in one board and the second, the wood was peeling off the top of another board. When we contacted them about this they were willing to come back and fix the problem. Now, there is a reason why I am only giving them two stars. After we contacted them about the problem they agreed to send their installer back out to fix it, one: he came completely un-announced. What would have happened if no one was home? Two: He was very unprofessional when he came to fix it, he was either intoxicated or under the influence of some drug or hung over. Three: Because I had no prior knowledge that he was going to come I hadn't tidied up the room and I had some things out, while he was supposed to be fixing a board in the room, he was caught fondling my bra that I left on a chair on the opposite side of the room. This chair was no where near the board that needed to be fixed. This is NOT okay. This is a huge violation. This individual made me feel violated in my own home. He had NO business looking around the room and he definitely had NO business touching a bra! My father emailed his manager that same day and the only response we got was: "I do apologize for my installer, thank you for the feedback." This is not acceptable to me, I believe that this individual cannot be trusted in another person's home. I just want to advise future customers to be aware and to be safe.
