Prior to fixing the "relay switch" on my unit, I had 2 different companies come and tell me this or that was wrong with my unit and I needed a new one. A friend recommend CertPro and they found the problem within minutes--a bad relay. He fixed it on the spot, parts were in the van. We talked about his monthly contract and how he would come out twice a year and clean/tune-up my unit. I signed on, well worth my money. We are grateful we met him and would highly recommend his company!
