Where to begin: I heard grinding on my rear brakes, so I took it to them to check it out. They tried to overcharge me because I had a warranty on the car, so I chose to have the car towed elsewhere. However, everything I've had them do in the past few months seemed to be replaced with older parts. We had to get a new headlight, even though it is less than a month old (upon replacement, we found the bulb wasn't even one they sold and was a couple years old), and new wipers because the "new" blades are completely worn (rusted and warped, even though I park in a garage and they are a few months old) and are too long for my car.In addition, articles were stolen from my car while it was in their care.
