Renters Insurance
Renters insurance provides coverage for liability and personal property. The owner of the property would bear the responsibility of insuring the property itself, but has not duty to cover the personal property of their tenant. Also the tenant has the responsibility if someone was harmed on the premises. Although the owner should have liability coverage for themselves, the tenant could be responsible as well.
Home Insurance
Like home insurance, a boat policy covers you for liability if someone is injured on your craft and gives you the choice between replacement cost or cash value in a total loss. Like auto insurance, boat coverage typically includes coverage for bodily injury that your boat inflicts on others, property damage your boat inflicts on docks and other boats, and physical damage to your boat should you hit something or run aground. You can also purchase comprehensive coverage against theft, vandalism, fire and flood, personal property coverage for your fishing gear, uninsured boater insurance and even roadside assistance in the event you need a tow.
Condo Insurance
Although homeowners and condo insurance are both written on the HO- form, they do have differences. As with a home, you are responsible for insuring the entire property on your own. With a condo, the owner is usually only responsible for insuring their interest in the entire building. For exmple, if a building is 6 stories and has 22 units, the owner of 1 particular unit is only responsible for insuring their portion of the overall building. The other difference comes in what you need to cover. Each condo association has their own set of rules/bylaws and the owner would need to know what it says in reference to insurance coverage. Some buildings have a master policy that covers more than another building. You would need to know exactly what is in the master policy to see what needs to be covered by the individual owners.

This includes losses resulting from water overflowing rivers or streams, heavy or prolonged rain, storm surge, snow melt, blocked storm drainage systems, broken dams or levees, or other similar causes. To be considered a flood, waters must cover at least two acres or affect two properties. Generally if water comes from above—for instance from rain or melting snow overflowing gutters and leaking onto your inventory—you’ll be covered by your standard commercial property insurance.

Professional liability insurance protects a business and/or individual from a lawsuit arising out of a professionals negligance in performing their duties or an error or omission while performing your services. Many people know this coverage by different name depending on the profession. A doctor will carry medical malpractice, an insurance agent or financial advisor would carry errors and omissions, and so on.
