This place has many advantages: the management is professional, focused on quality and service (the misbehavior is not tolerated). The rent is low. The utilities are included in the rent; in addition to that, the building is across street several food stores. Schools, freeways 10, 57, 605, and 210 are reasonably close and some bus routes as well.

Certainly, the units are a little bit small, but this modest place is a good point to start as an independent person, student, just married couples, or small families (one or two young children).
