Great experience from the quote to the installation! I paid exactly what was quoted, the installers showed up exactly when they said they would and even after a mistake on the color door was made, it was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this business with confidence.

They gave me a price over the phone and that's exactly how much I paid, no hidden fees or extra costs after the job was done. It was a little pricey to fix a gear that broke, when I know the part can be bought on amazon or ebay for cheap, but I didn't know how to fix it myself, so figured might as well pay for it to get done right. (After watching them do it, I know I made the right choice to just hire someone, it looked very complicated.)

After they fixed the part, and left, the motor died on my opener. Which one of the workers had mentioned sounded like it wanted to go out, my opener was pretty old already . They came right back and when I gave the go ahead to just replace the garage opener, (literally minutes after they replaced the gear) they got right to work. Maybe 30 minutes later I had a new garage opener, 2 new sensors, 2 remotes and a keyless entry. $398 was paid in total, but the new one should last about 10 years. So I'm satisfied.
