Robertson Pool was a big help in designing our remodel project. Any issues or concerns were immediately attended to and taken care of. Our weekly pool service by Heather is outstanding! Our backyard is now an oasis, and we get so many compliments about how pretty our pool is from friends and family!

This company has been horrible to work with. They will get all of their money and not come back to finish the project. I am over 1 year into the project and it is still unfinished and they will not respond!!!

if you are looking for a response or an update on your pool issue....look somewhere else. if you don't mind waiting and hearing nothing from them, then they are for you. for my example, I was told that my down pool would be fixed on Monday morning....it's now 2 days later and I have yet to hear anything from them with an update. I can't believe they are still in business. I should read the reviews for them before I made the call. do yourself the service of reading the reviews....then find someone else.

I wish I could have given them no stars but its wouldn't accept it. So I was forced to enter one star.

This is the kind of contracting company you fear having to deal with.
We contracted them to remodel our pool and backyard. The project started in 8/2014 and is nearly finished in 3/2015. That is seven months when we were told to expect about 6 weeks.
The source of the problem with them is lack of project management and a contract that permits them to be paid fully before the work is done leaving the customer with little leverage to get a job done correctly.
Besides the additional damage they did to our house in the process, (a 6'x4' window was destroyed and a patio demolished that wasn't supposed to be) the major delays were caused by their random appearances for work and constantly holding their hands out for the next payment. Payments were held as long as possible, because they felt they could demand the next one without actually finishing the phase they were on.
Now we are arguing with them about fixing a 10 foot crack in the deck they poured. Their contract claims that is not covered under warranty. So, basically they are stating to not expect a quality job from them.
Don't use this company.

Dishonesty reigns at Robertson Pools!!! They used low quality flag stone on my pool and sold us on a salt chlorination system. The stone on the entire pool is falling part and flaking into the pool. They have a one line statement in our contract not recommending not using salt systems with flag stone. Court filing may be my only option to get them to live up to their promises.

The estimate to have repaired is over $14K

I didn't have a pool built but I am the unfortunate neighbor to someone that did. Let me start by saying that the project is still in process after 3 months. While digging the hole they hit my house with the machine damaging the fence and the roof. They did not inform anyone and I only discovered it while doing yard work. They did not request utility locations and cut our phone lines twice. I have contacted their company by phone and email twice without a response. I am going to their office tomorrow.
