Coast to Coast Bus Line

I don't even know where to begin. I wish there was a 0 star option. Using the word awful to describe the experience I had with this company would be an understatement. First off, my family and I used this company for our family reunion. We traveled from South Carolina to Houston, Texas and the owner and his driver made our experience a living hell. We were talked to in a rude manner, there were some comments that were made from the owner himself that was very disrespectful. He, along with some other lady that he knows (who got a free ride the whole trip I might add) even used profanity on the bus around our children that was sitting in the back of the bus. When we were picked up, to our surprise there were these strange men and a woman on OUR bus that we paid thousands of dollars for. A few of these strange men smelled like alcohol and one guy had 3 pocket knives hanging from the outside of his pants. Unacceptable!! I could go on and on about this horrible bus ride because there is lot more. But words to the wise, do not get this bus company. They are money hungry and the owner Jan seems to believe every word that comes from his lady friend driver Melissa, who is a liar! Never again will we use them!! Ever!!!

Go with another company, becuase this one sucks!!!Worst trip ever. This company does.not.care about thier customers. They treat people rude. Thoer bus Ooo s old dirty and unkept. Our trip was awful because of them. Dont ever use this company. The bus was old and not comfortable at all. They also had to keep putting antifreeze in it. Thier customer service is awful. Never again will we use them, NEVER!

Let me begin by saying if you are considering using Coast to Coast (Conway, S.C.) please continue your search for another Company! Coast to Coast took us to our family reunion July 2015 held in Houston Texas. Well to start off, the bus arrived later than we were told they would arrive. Then it was seven people on the bus including the two drivers ( four of them who were catching a ride to Alabama without any of us knowing in advance and who they were. One of the extras was walking back and forth with three (3) visible BIG knives hanging off his pocket! The crew was rude! They did not want to help load luggage under the bus.The bus was ancient and very small. The bus ride was so bumpy, I know we hit every pothole there was while traveling there and back! We also stopped several time including on the side of the road to put antifreeze and water in the bus. Also, on Saturday July fourth, we could not use the bus at all! It had a " flat tire"! The entire bus riders had a find there own rides to the Picnic miles away! To top it off, one of the drivers stated that an eight year old leaned back in one of the seats and broke it!(sounds to me like someone was trying to get extra money to pay for that tire). I can go on and on but time does not allow. The best part of the bus ride was returning home safe! To sum it all up the service was terrible & the ride was horrible!
