Just wanted to pass a long my experience with AR Roofing Kompany. The company is everything they claim. Customer service at its best! Russ Ward came to my house to give me an estimate. He was very easy to understand and answer any questions I had for him. When the day came to have the roof done Russ had kept me informed letting me know what day and time to expect the work to be done. He inspected everything and was very helpful in a couple concerns I had. He treated me like a friend and not money in his pocket. I truly recommend this company for anyone. Great company

I got my equinox roof in July and I love it!!! This company has the BEST customer service of anyone I have had to deal with. They have quickly returned all calls and over all have went above and beyond to provide excellent service!!!!!

People are jealous when a company has as much integrality and recognition as Arkansas Roofing Kompany with a K in Conway. Other companies try to take their name and slander with made up factious false reviews. They must be scared of this great company that I have had the pleasure of working with at my businesses 3 times and my home once for a New Roof and just recently with the install of an Equinox Louvered Roof. Angies List and BBB know and that is where I checked them out, not from Blogs or unrepeatable sources anyone can make up lies. Let me tell you about the great company which I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Another local roofing company had been to my home over 1 year 6 times to repair my leaks. That is 5 times too many; they cost me more than Arkansas Roofing Kompany did to put a completely new roof on my home, Humm! Then they saved me big money on my commercial buildings which is why I called them again and bought the state of the art awesome Louvered Roof for my deck. The sales team and workers were the greatest. They were neat, on time and the office staff answered my questions and got back to me everyday, keeping me up to date on all the processes. I have never found a more professional company with the integrity of Arkansas Roofing Kompany in Conway. As a business leader in Little Rock there name is being recognized and passed on with commercial and residential roofing, equinox louvered roof. I also heard channel 4 interview with this great company, awesome even the news knows. I saw they won the talk of the town for best Roofing Company 2013 and youngbusinessman of the year 2013 I speak from experience the competition is shuttering as this company gets all my business. I am happy to now call you friends. Thanks you folks are the best!

I met owners at Conway Toad Suck festival . They had this amazing louvered roof system called Equinox. It opens and closes with the push of a button. We were so impressed we had them over for an estimate and we bought the greatest patio covering. We love our Equinox Louvered Roof and you guys rock. What a pleasent experience completly. They were so nice and easy to work with they just finished putting on a new Architecutual Roof and again they were great. I cant say enough, 2 pleasent working experiences. Yes we recomend them over and over again. What great people and great company. Thanks so much!

I am so happy with my new roof and the company that did it. Arkansas Roofing Kompany from Conway fwas the best. I stopped in their beautiful showroom to pick out my shingle color. They are great to work with explaining every step and helped me turn what was a 3 shingle replacement into a full new roof upon 2nd inspection by my adjuster. I was amazed when I went to post to see a negative review. It must be the other roofing company in the area with almost the same name because they are great.I had over 10 people from my church tell me I needed to call them and they were right. They didnt even charge me ahead like the other company that came by asked to be paid in advance. They were paid 1/2 the day they started. They finished the same day and the clean up was perfect. They were patient as my insurance check took 3 weeks to get here to pay them the balance. It cost me nothing and I couldnt be happier. I have recommended them to 6 people already. I have never had such a pleasant experience working with contractors till this week.

From the Sales Rep to the workers everyone was proactive, curteous and professional. They identified hail damage, met with my insurance adjuster and within a week we had a beautiful new 30yr dimenisional roof which also is Algae resistant. Our neighbors cant believe it. Our insurance paid for a 20 year 3 tab and they upgraded and changed my ugly whirlbird vents to a continual ridge vent with no additional charge. The crew was unbelieable they worked with accuracy and cleaned up so good you didnt even know they were there. i left for work at 8 am and by 5.30 I had a new Roof. I came home for lunch to see the awsome progress, the operations manager was there overseeing and showed me the attention to detail.

I am a widow woman, who just lost my husband and I would recommend this company to anyone who thinks they may need a roof, you can trust them.. They upgraded and I paid nothing out of my pocket. The crew also likes Chocolate Chip Cookies. Thanks so very much Arkansas Roofing Kompany You Rock!
