I purchased this service thru Living Social. This company is very unprofessional and was a no show for my appointment. Sarah finally returned my call and told me to just ask for my money back.

I purchased a Groupon and the first visit went well. The second time I used them, the guy showed up an hour after the two hour window I was given resulting in a missed doctors appointment. I decided to try again since they still honored the Groupon price. This time I got a phone call towards the last quarter of my windowed time and was told a piece broke and I would have to be rescheduled. I took the day off to have my carpet cleaned and spent a few hours moving furniture all for nothing. When I was asked if there would be some sort of compensation I was told, "parts break." In my opinion if you are running a reliable business you should have back up parts. This company is unprofessional and unreliable and I will be taking my business elsewhere even if the prices are higher.

Best Carpet cleaners out there. Great price and quick service. I purchased a groupon deal and was pleased as sometimes these sites can be scetchy. Good company
